Drew Barrymore Bio

Drew Blythe Barrymore was born on February 22 25th, 1975. She has won numerous awards including a Screen Actors Guild Award Award as well as the Golden Globe. There have been five Emmy Award nominations as well as the BAFTA nomination as well as five Emmy Award nominations. She is a member of the Barrymore family of actors, and the granddaughter of John Barrymore. Barrymore was an actor when she was a kid and gained recognition for her role in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. After a difficult childhood, filled with alcohol and drugs abuse, she released Little Girl Lost, an autobiography. In the 1990s she appeared in numerous films, like PoisonIvy, Boys on the Side and Mad Love. Barrymore made appearances in a number of films with Adam Sandler, including The Wedding Singer 50 First Dates, and Blended. Barrymore became a star as the child actor for her appearance on E.T.
